There is a point of circular movement and linear movement transfer between the link and the slider, through which the circular movement is converted into a linear movement of the slider.
The punch is deformed by the machine by pressing the material, and obtains the required shape and accuracy. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during processing is absorbed by the mechanical body of the punch
Precautions for use
Before the break-in bed
(1) Check the lubrication of each part, and make the lubrication electricity fully lubrication
(2) Check whether the mold installation is correct and reliable;
(3) Check whether the compressed air pressure is within the specified range
(4) Check whether the switch buttons are sensitive and reliable, be sure to make the flywheel and clutch off before opening the motor;
In the eggplant work
(1) Manual lubricating oil pump should be used to press the lubricating oil to the lubrication point
(2) When the press performance is not familiar with, do not adjust the press without authorization
(3) It is absolutely forbidden to cut two layers of plate material at the same time

(4) If the work is abnormal, it should stop working immediately and check in time.
After the eggplant work
(1) Remove the flywheel and clutch, cut off the power supply, and release the remaining air
(2) Wipe the press clean, and paint the working table with anti-rust oil
(3) Make records after each operation or maintenance.
